MOUSER launches Qorvo QPF4219 front-end module

The distribution of electronic components focused on introducing new products and providing massive inventory is now available from Mouser® QPF4219 Front End Module (FEM). Designed for Wi-Fi® 5 (802.11ac) Internet of Things (IoT) systems, this 2.4 GHz FEM is small and integrated with matching capabilities to minimize wireless routers, home gateways and access points. The Qorvo QPF4219 FEM from Mouser Electronics integrates a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA), voltage regulator, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch, low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode, and supply voltage detectors in a single device . The device is designed to efficiently optimize PAs with a 5V supply voltage to maintain high linear output power and excellent throughput while reducing power consumption. The QPF4219's noise figure performance is 1.9 dB and is consistent across a wide range of conditions to maximize receive (Rx) sensitivity. The device also integrates chip-level secondary and tertiary harmonic filtering and 5 GHz rejection for simultaneous dual-frequency (DBDC) operation.
